The multiple labs that comprise CP2S offer a plethora of 3D printing devices.  CP2S is interested in creating packaging that is printable at all scales; from household printing devices to industry-oriented production lines.  Top of the line rendering software and printing mechanisms housed at the DREAMS lab in Goodwin Hall lend the added benefit of the capacity to handle complex modeling capabilities.

Macromolecular Materials Discovery Center (MMDC):  This facility, which is operated under a contribution model and is available to all MII faculty, has a TA Instruments RSA-G2 rheological solids analyzer with gas cooling accessory, TA Instruments AR-G2 rheometer, TA Instruments DMA Q800 dynamic mechanical analyzer with submersible clamp and gas cooling accessory, TA Instruments DSC Q2000 differential scanning calorimeter with photocalorimeter accessory and RCS90 cooling system, TA Instruments TMA Q400 thermomechanical analyzer, TA Instruments TGA Q500 thermogravimetric analyzer, Waters Breeze Aqueous Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) system with Waters 2414 refractive index (RI) detector and Wyatt miniDAWN Treos multi-angle static light scattering (MALS) detector, Waters Acquity Advanced Polymer Chromatography (APC) system, and Lasercomp Fox 50 heat flow meter.
